Blueberry Muffins, Fantastic

Wonderful. The flavor is great and the crumb is good.
List of Ingredients
2 c flour
1/2 c sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg, well beaten
2/3 c milk
1/3 c oil or melted shortening
1 c fresh or 3/4 c frozen blueberries
1/2 tsp flour to dust blueberries
Streusel Topping:
1/4 c sugar*
1 tbsp butter, softened
1/2 tsp cinnamon (or more if preferred)
1/4 c chopped nuts
Recipe
Muffins:
Preheat to 400.
Line muffin tin with 12 muffin papers
Combine flourk sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix.
Stir in egg, milk and oil. Mix until just moistened.
combine blueberries with 1/2 tsp flour.
Carefully stir in blueberries.
Spoon batter into muffin cups about 2/3 full.
Prepare streusel - combine dry ingredients and stir.
Cut in butter until it looks like coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle evenly over tops of muffins.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm.
Notes: I baked 22 minutes.
I used muffin papers and lightly sprayed them before filling.
I used lowfat milk, large egg and frozen berries.
*Original streusel topping calls for brown sugar.
