    Easy Cinnamon Rolls

    List of Ingredients






    1 pkg frozen dinner rolls
    1/2 c brown sugar
    1/2 c butter
    1 pkg (3 oz) butterscotch pudding - NOT instant
    nuts, optional
    cinnamon to taste
    sugar to taste

    Recipe





    The night before, place frozen rolls in a greased 13 x 15 pan.
    Pour dry pudding mix over rolls.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
    Combine brown sugar and butter in a saucepan. Bring to a boil.
    Pour the hot mixture over the rolls.
    Let rolls rise overnight.
    Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden.
    Cool slightly, then invert pan.

    NOTES:
    I make my own dough in the bread machine, then freeze it.
    I do not use brown sugar (allergy), and it tastes fine using white sugar.
