Oatmeal Raisin Muffins

Moist and yummy.
List of Ingredients
3/4 c milk
1 c raisins
1/2 c oil
1 egg
1 c flour
1 c quick cooking oats
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/3 c sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
Recipe
Preheat to 400.
Grease bottoms of 12 muffin cups.
Beat together milk, oil and egg.
Add raisins.
Stir in dry ingredients and mix just until the flour is moistened. Batter will be lumpy.
Divide among muffin cups.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
Remove from pan immediately.
NOTES:
These are not overly sweet at all.
I sprinkled the tops lightly with a cinnamon/sugar mix.
Good plain or topped with honey.
Reheat well in the microwave.
