    Goes together quickly and it's delicious.

    List of Ingredients




    1 c flour
    1/3 c sugar
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 egg
    1/2 c milk
    1/3 c vegetable oil
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 c fresh blueberries
    1/3 c sugar
    1/4 c flour
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 c chopped pecans
    2 tbsp butter or margarine, softened

    Recipe



    Preheat to 350.
    Combine first four ingredients and mix.
    Combine egg, milk, oil and lemon juice.
    Mix then add to dry ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into greased 8 inch square baking dish.
    Sprinkle blueberries on top.

    Combine sugare, flour, cinnamon, pecans and butter.
    Sprinkle over berries.

    Bake for 40 minutes.
    9 servings

    Notes
    I had to bake an additional 5 minutes. I might try a 9 inch pan next time.
    I omitted the pecans.
