    So simple to make and absolutely delicious.
    My family loved these!

    List of Ingredients




    3 c flour
    1 tsp salt
    1 tbsp sugar
    3 tsp baking powder
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    2 c milk
    1 c blueberries, fresh or frozen berries which have been thawed

    Recipe



    Mix dry ingredients.
    Combine milk and eggs, mix.
    Add to dry ingredients and mix well.

    Spoon onto heated, greased griddle.
    Add blueberries to each pancake on griddle.
    Cook and serve.

    NOTES:
    I used thawed blueberries and large eggs.
    Original recipe calls for blueberries to be added to batter. I prefer to add them to the pancakes on the griddle, I think they taste better.

    I didn't mix the eggs and milk separately, just mixed everything in one bowl.

    I also heated another cup of blueberries and added 2 tbsp sugar. We topped each pancake with the additional slightly sweetened berries.
