These were delicious, just a light hint of chocolate flavor.


List of Ingredients




1 1/2 c flour
2 tbsp cocoa
3 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt

1 1/4 c buttermilk
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp red food coloring
1/4 c butter, melted

Recipe



Mix dry ingredients.
Add wet to dry and stir well.
Cook as you would any pancake.
