    Extremely good recipe.

    List of Ingredients




    1/4 lb. butter, room temperature
    1 c sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c sour cream
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 c flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt

    Topping:
    1/4 c sugar
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 c chopped walnuts

    Recipe



    Cream butter well.
    Add sugar and eggs, beat well.
    Add sour cream and vanilla, mix.
    Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
    Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture.
    Grease a tube pan.
    Pour half of the batter into the pan.
    Sprinkle about three fourths of the topping on the batter.
    Top with remaining batter and then the rest of the topping.
    Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
    DO NOT remove before the 45 minutes are gone and do not open the oven door during baking time.

    NOTES -
    I used unsalted butter, large eggs at room temperature, and low fat sour cream in the cake.
    I used 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon and pecans in the topping.
