    Excellent flavor. These reheat well in the toaster.

    List of Ingredients




    2 1/4 c flour
    2 tbsp sugar
    1 tbsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c vegetable oil
    2 c milk

    Recipe



    Preheat waffle iron.
    Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together.

    Combine eggs, oil and milk. Mix well.

    Add wet ingredients to dry and stir until moistened.
    For each waffle, use about 3/4 c batter*, close lid and bake until steam stops.

    *Amount of batter will be determined by your waffle iron.

    Makes about 6 large, round waffles.

    Notes:
    I used large eggs.
    I got more than 6 waffles.
