List of Ingredients
2 eggs
2 c flour
1/2 c butter or margaine, melted, or vegetable oil
1 3/4 c milk
1 tbsp sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Recipe
Heat waffle iron while mixing batter.
Beat eggs until fluffy.
Beat in remaining ingredients and beat just until smooth.
Pour batter onto hot iron and cook.
Makes 3 10-inch waffles.
Notes:
I used large eggs, vegetable oil, and low-fat milk.
