    I combined a few recipes for these delicious brownies.

    List of Ingredients




    Cheesecake Topped Brownies



    Brownie:

    1 2/3 c sugar

    3/4 c butter, melted

    2 tbsp water

    2 large eggs

    2 tsp vanilla

    1 1/3 c flour

    3/4 c cocoa

    1/2 tsp bakign powder

    1/4 tsp salt






    Cheesecake:

    1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened to room temperature

    2 tbsp butter, softened to room temperature

    1 tbsp flour

    1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

    1 egg

    2 tsp vanilla






    Frosting:

    6 tbsp butter, softened to room temperature

    2 2/3 c powdered sugar

    1/2 c cocoa

    4 to 6 tbsp milk

    2 tsp vanilla

    Recipe







    Brownie:





    Preheat to 350. Grease a 13 x 9 pan.

    Combine sugar, butter and water in a large bowl.

    add eggs and vanilla; stir well.

    Add flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. mix.

    spread in prepared pan. set aside.



    Cheesecake:




    Combine cream cheese, butter andflour until fluffy.

    Add sweetened condensed milk, egg and vanilla.

    mix until smooth.

    Spread over brownie batter.

    Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes or unitl the top is just lightly browned.

    Cool.

    Spread chocolate frosting on top of cooled brownies.



    Frosting:


    Cream butter; add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.

    Add additional milk if needed to obtain spreading consistency.
