Oatmeal Toffee Crunch
List of Ingredients
1 c butter
1 c packed brown sugar
1 1/2 c flour
1 1/2 c oats (quick cooking)
1 1/2 c chocolate chips
1/2 c nuts, chopped
Recipe
Melt butter and brown sugar in a saucepan.
Stir in flour and oats.
Spread in a greased 15 by 10 pan.
Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden.
Immediately sprinkle with half the chocolate chips.
when soft, spread to frost.
Sprinkle with nuts.
Loosen edges and turn out immediately onto a cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with remaining chips and spread to frost.
To serve, break into pieces.
