    White Fudge

    List of Ingredients




    1 - 8 oz pkg cream cheese
    2 tbsp butter - NOT margarine
    2 lb white almond bark
    1 1/2 c chopped nuts

    Recipe



    Beat cream cheese until fluffy, then set aside.
    In the top of a double boiler, melt butter.
    Add almond bark. Heat, stirring until well melted and smooth.
    Pour over cream cheese and beat until smooth and glossy, about 7 to 10 minutes.
    Stir in nuts.
    Pour into a greased 9 inch square pan.
    Refrigerate.
    Makes 64 pieces, 1 inch square.
