List of Ingredients






4 tablespoons cake flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 egg, beaten
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons milk
1/2 tsp vanilla



Recipe




Spray 2 cup measuring cup.
In measuring cup, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
Add egg and mix into dry mixture.
Add oil and milk and mix well.
Scrape sides of cup with spatula.
Place in microwave on High for 2 1/2 - 3 minutes.
Allow to sit for 2 minutes before serving.

NOTES:
I used a large egg and lowfat milk.
My microwave is 1400 watts and I microwaved for 2 1/2 minutes.

Watch carefully - do not overcook.
