    Oh, these are good!! Fudgey brownies that are just so simple to make. An added benefit is that they are made in a 9x13 pan rather than a 8 or 9 inch square pan like so many brownies.


    List of Ingredients




    Easy Cocoa Brownies

    4 eggs
    2 c sugar
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 c butter, softened
    1 c flour, sifted
    2/3 c cocoa
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 c nuts, optional



    Recipe




    Preheat to 350. Prepare a 9 x 13 pan.
    Cream sugar and butter.
    Add eggs and mix well.
    Add vanilla and mix.
    Add sifted dry ingredients and mix.
    Add nuts.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

    Notes:
    I used large eggs and unsalted butter.
    I did not use nuts.

    These are just so simple and excellent flavor.
