Easy Hot Fudge Sauce - Microwave recipe


1/2 c cocoa
1 1/2 c (14 oz can) sweetened condensed milk
3 tbsp milk
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla




Recipe








Combine cocoa, sweetened condensed milk and milk in a microwave bowl. Stir until well blended. Microwave high
for 1 minute. Stir. Microwave up to 1 1/2 minutes more, stirring occasionally with a wire whisk, until it is smooth and
hot. Add butter and vanilla, stir until butter has melted. Serve warm over ice cream. Makes about 1 1/2 c sauce.

Notes:
I often sift the cocoa to reduce lumps in the sauce and help it blend together better.
After the first minute of microwaving, I heat in 20 second increments so I can watch it closely. Do not over cook this
sauce.
