Fudgy, rich and delicious. No crust, can it get any easier? Don't overbake!!


List of Ingredients




1 square unsweetened chocolate
1/4 lb butter
1 c sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c minus 1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp vanilla



Recipe





Preheat to 350.
Butter a 9 inch pie pan.
Melt chocolate and butter, then cool.
Add other ingredients, mixing well.
Pour into pie pan.
Bake 25 minutes.

The outside will be firm and the center soft.
DO NOT over bake.

Notes:
I used unsalted butter and large eggs at room temperature.
