Melting Tips for Baking Chocolate

Microwave:
Heat 1 unwrapped square in a microwavable bowl on high 1 to 2 minutes or until almost melted.
Stir halfway through heating time.
Remove and stir until compeletely melted.
Add 10 seconds for each additional square of chocolate being melted.

Top of Stove:
Place in a heavy saucepan over very low heat and stir constantly until just melted.
