I found this recipe but cannot remember where. I checked the archives at Mimi's and didn't see it.

My family loves this soup, I adapted it a little bit.


List of Ingredients




1 1/2 lb ground beef, browned
16 oz tomato sauce
32 oz stewed tomatoes
7 cups water
4 beef bouillon cubes, crushed
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 tsp chopped garlic
1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
16 oz pkg frozen Italian vegetables
15 oz can navy beans or cannelini beans
1 1/2 c spiral pasta

Recipe



Brown ground beef.
Place all ingredients, except pasta, in crock pot.
Cook for 6 to 8 hours on low.
Turn crock pot to high and add pasta.
Cook about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Serve topped with parmesan cheese.
