Deep, Dark Chocolate Cake

Deep Dark Chocolate Cake

2 c flour
2 c sugar
1/2 c cocoa
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 c milk
1/2 c vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla
1 c boiling water


Recipe




Preheat to 350.

Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla and mix well.

Add boiling water and stir.

Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.

Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes.

Notes: This is a very moist cake. I frosted with a chocolate buttercream frosting.
