Pineapple Cheese Ball
List of Ingredients
2 - 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1 can - 8 1/2 oz - crushed pineapple, drained
2 c chopped pecans
1/4 c finely chopped green pepper
2 tbsp onion, chopped
1 tbsp seasoned salt
Recipe
Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Stir in pineapple, 1 c pecans, green pepper, onion, and salt.
Shape into a ball.
Roll in remaining pecans.
Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
Remove from refrigerator about 1 hour before serving time.
Serve with crackers.
Makes 1 large cheese ball.
