Parmesan Chicken Strips

List of Ingredients
8 chicken breasts, 4 oz each
1/4 c skim milk
1/4 c egg white substitute
2/3 c fine dry breadcrumbss
2/3 c Parmesan cheese
1 1/4 tsp dried basil
3/4 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp onion powderRecipe
Cut chicken into strips, about 4 inches long, 1 inch wide
Combine milk and egg white substitute and mix well.
Combine dry ingredients; mix well.
Dip chicken in liquid then dredge through dry mix.
Bake at 400 for 18 minutes or until lightly browned.
Notes:
I used Panko crumbs.
