    3 tbsp Dijon mustard
    2 tbsp honey
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    3/4 c ground pecans
    1.4 c fine dry bread crumbs
    2 tbsp butter, melted
    1 tsp basil
    1/4 tsp salt

    Recipe



    Preheat to 425.
    Combine mustard and honey; set aside.
    Combine pecans, bread crumbs, butter, basil and salt.
    Spread crumb mixture on a plate.

    Brush chicken with honey mixture.
    Press chicken into crumb mixture, coating both sides.

    Place in a prepared baking dish.
    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden on the outside and not pink inside.

    4 servings.
