Christmas Spinach Dip

List of Ingredients






1 pkg frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed VERY dry
1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts
1 c sour cream
1 c mayonnaise
1 pkg Knorr's vegetable soup mix
1 medium onion
1 jar (2 oz) red pimiento



Recipe




Thaw and squeeze spinach very dry.
Finely chop the spinach, onion, water chestnuts and pimento.
Mix all ingredients together well.
Refrigerate.
Serve with crackers, chips or whatever you want!

Makes about 4 cups

NOTES:
The red and green coloring of this dip makes it especially nice at Christmas.
