    Pear Crisp

    List of Ingredients




    4 1/2 c peeled and sliced pears
    2 tbsp sugar
    1/4 tsp cinnamon

    Topping:
    1/2 c quick cooking oats
    1/2 c flour
    1/4 c brown sugar
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    3 tbsp butter at room temperature

    Recipe



    Preheat to 350.
    Combine pears with sugar and cinnamon. Stir until coated. Pour into greased 8 inch square baking dish.
    Combine remaining ingredients in mediucm mixing bowl. Cut in butter until it is crumbly. Spread over pears.
    Bake for 45 minutes.

    NOTES:
    I use white sugar rather than brown sugar (allergy) and it is still good.
