    Strawberry-Pineapple-Banana Jello Salad

    List of Ingredients

    Strawberry - Pineapple - Banana Jello Salad

    2 lg (6 oz) or 4 small (3 oz) boxes of strawberry jello (16 servings total)
    1 16 oz pkg frozen strawberries, thawed just a little
    1 20 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
    3 medium bananas, ripe, smashed
    Sour cream


    Recipe


    Mix jello with the hot water measurement listed on package only - do not add the cold water listed on the box.

    Add strawberries, stir until they have come apart. Add pineapple and bananas and stir.

    Pour half of the jello mixture into bowl or mold. Refrigerate until slightly firm.

    Spread desired amount of sour cream on top of firmed jello.

    Carefully spoon remaining jello mixture on top of sour cream and refrigerate until firm
