I made this on a night when time was short. It was so fast and quite tasty.
List of Ingredients
1 diced onion
1 pound ground beef
1 can (2 1/2 cups) pork and beans
Recipe
Connie's directions:
Cook diced onion in small amount oil until limp. Add gr. beef and brown, stirring until crumbly. Add can of pork and beans and heat until it is hot and bubbly. Add catsup if desired.
I serve with a scoop of cottage cheese and canned fruit.
Notes:
I used a medium onion and a little bit over a pound of ground beef.
I used 2 cans, 13 oz each, pork and beans.
I added 2 tbsp catsup, 1/3 c bbq sauce and 1 tbsp liquid smoke.
I heated for about 6 minutes after adding the beans, etc.
