Pork Chops with Pizazz
List of Ingredients
6 pork chops, (2 lb) well trimmed
1 can beef broth (10 to 11 oz)
1/2 c water
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 c chopped canned tomatoes
3 c uncooked fine noodles, broken into pieces
Recipe
Brown chops in a skillet. Pour off fat.
Season with salt and pepper, as desired.
Add broth, wahter, hot pepper sauce and cover.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Add tomatoes and noodles.
Cook an additonal 15 minutes or until done.
Stir often during cooking time.
NOTES:
I add other herbs and spices.
I often saute a little onion and (sometimes) chopped celery.
A very fast, easy recipe if you are pushed for time.
