Peach Ice Cream

Simple to make but very tasty.
I make thisin a 4 quart ice cream maker, ingredient amounts could be reduced to fit a smaller machine.


List of Ingredients




3 c fresh peach puree *
3 c half & half
1 1/2 c sugar
3/4 tbsp vanilla
3 c whipping cream





Recipe



*Slice peaches into blender bowl. Blend well.

In a mixing bowl, combine half & half with sugar. Stir with a spoon until the sugar has dissolved.
Add whipped cream and stir well.
Add vanilla and peaches, mix well.

Pour into ice cream machine and freeze according to manufacturers directions.
