Sooooooo rich and delicious!! My family wants this again and again and again.




List of Ingredients





2 tbsp butter or margarine
1/3 c cocoa
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp water
1 tsp vanilla




Recipe




Microwave:
Melt butter on high, about 30 seconds.
Stir in cocoa and blend until all lumps are gone and it is completely mixed.
Add sweetened condensed milk and stir well.
Add water and stir until mixture is well blended.
Microwave on high for 1 minute.
Stir.
Microwave at 30 second intervals and stir after each, until mixture is smooth and warm. DO NOT overcook.
Stir in vanilla and serve over ice cream.

Stovetop:
Combine all ingredients except vanilla in a heavy saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stir constantly, unil it is slightly thickened and smooth. This will take about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add vanilla.
Serve.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups.

NOTES:
I used real butter.
This is so simple and easy.
When microwaving, I cook 1 minute and then at 20 second intervals so I do not overcook the sauce.
This reheats well, just store in refrigerator.
