    Brisket

    List of Ingredients






    1 brisket, 5 to 7 lb
    garlic powder
    onion powder
    pepper
    celery salt
    seasoned salt
    1/2 bottle of liquid smoke
    1/2 bottle Worcestershire sauce

    Recipe




    Line baking pan with enough foil to wrap around and seal brisket.
    Place fat side down.
    Sprinkle with garlic, onion, and celery salt.
    Add liquid smoke.
    Seal foil around brisket and refrigerate overnight.

    Before cooking, open foil and add pepper, seasoned salt, and Worcestershire sauce.
    Reseal foil.
    BAke at 275 for 5 to 6 hours.
    Let cool before slicing.
