    List of Ingredients




    1/2 c olive oil
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp dried crushed rosemary
    4 pork chops, boneless, aobut 1/2 inch thick
    1/2 c bread crumbs
    2 tbsp chopped pecans
    2 tsp finely chopped fresh sage

    Recipe



    Combine olive oil, garlic and rosemary.
    Add pork chops and turn to coat.
    Let stand at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes.

    Preheat to 400.
    Combine bread crumbs, pecan pieces and sage.
    Press pork chops into peacn mixture.
    Place in greased baking dish.
    bake 20 to 25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160.


    Notes:
    I sprayed the chops lightly on both sides with oil (to cut fat) and then sprinkled with garlic and rosemary.
    I baked for 15 minutes.
