    Great with noodles or rice.

    List of Ingredients






    2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1 tbsp oil
    2 green onions and tops, sliced
    1/2 tsp minced garlic
    1 can (14 oz) chicken broth
    1/3 c flour
    16 oz pkg frozen mixed vegetables
    1 can, 15 oz, pinto beans
    1 can, 4 oz, sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 tsp dried rosemary
    salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe




    Brown chicken in oil in large saucepan or Dutch oven.
    Add onions and garlic; cook about 1 minute.
    Combine chicken broth and flour; mix well then add to pan.
    Add frozen vegetables, beans, mushrooms, rosemary, salt and pepper.
    Heat to boiling then reduce heat and simmer, covered, for about 8 to 10 minutes or until chicken and vegetables are tender.
