    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
    2/3 c soft bread crumbs
    1/3 c chopped onion
    1 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 c milk

    Piquant Sauce:
    3/4 c sugar*
    3/4 c catsup
    1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
    3/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce

    Recipe



    Preheat to 350.
    Prepare a 13 x 9 pan.
    Combine meatloaf ingredients and mix well.
    Shape into a loaf and place in a 13 X 9 baking pan.
    Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

    Mix sauce ingredients.
    Pour over baked meatloaf.
    Bake an additional 15 minutes.

    6 servings

    Note:
    Original recipe calls for brown sugar*.

    I bake meatloaf on a rack to help reduce the fat.
