Spaghetti Casserole

This is delicious and easy to make. My family inhaled it!
List of Ingredients
8 oz spaghetti
8 oz ground beef
½ c chopped onion
1 can (14 ½ oz) diced tomatoes with juice
1 can (10 ¾ oz) condensed tomato soup
1 can (4 oz) mushroom stems and pieces
½ tsp minced garlic
½ tsp black pepper
2 c shredded cheddar cheese, divided
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Recipe
Preheat to 350. Grease 2 quart casserole dish (with lid) and set aside.
Cook spaghetti according to directions. Drain and set aside.
Brown ground beef and onion, drain fat.
Add tomatoes with juice, tomato soup, mushrooms, garlic and pepper.
Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes uncovered.
Add 1 ½ c cheese, stirring unitl cheese melts.
Add spaghetti and bacon, mix well.
Pour into prepared casserole.
Cover and bake for 20 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and bake uncovered for 5 to 10 more minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
4 to 6 servings.
Notes:
I used more ground beef.
I used home made tomato soup and smoked bacon.
