Speedy Microwave Moist Chocolate Cake

Knowing my love for chocolate, Angel sent me this recipe. It is courtesy of Z Chef Jo Segar. This cake rises and bakes so well!! My DH didn't realize it was a microwave cake, the texture is just wonderful.
List of Ingredients
2 eggs
1 c sugar
1 c milk
1 c oil
3 tbsp golden syrup ( I used honey)
1 1/2 c flour
3 heaped tbsp cocoa*
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
Recipe
Mix all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
Pour into well greased microwave ring cake tin**.
Cook on high for 8 to 10 minutes for 850 to 900 watt oven.
Cool in the tin, then serve with whipped cream and chocolate fudge sauce.
NOTES:
I used honey in place of the golden syrup.
I will try 4 tbps cocoa next time for more flavor, or may try Dutch cocoa.
I baked it in a microwave bundt pan.
My oven is 1100 watts and I baked on high for 8 minutes.
The chocolate flavor is not very strong, so I will add more cocoa. It does need the fudge sauce or a glaze and either whipped cream or ice cream.
The texture of the cake is great!
