List of Ingredients




8 oz pkg wide egg noodles

16 oz sour cream
1/4 c butter, melted
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese

chopped fresh parsley






Recipe



Cook noodles according to package; drain.
Stir together sour cream butter, salt, pepper, and garlic.
Mix noodles with sour cream mixture.
Spoon into greased 2 quart bowl.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until heated through.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve.

6 servings

Notes: I used unsalted butter and baked for 22 minutes.
