Honey Glazed Chicken (a grilling recipe)

1/4 c honey
3 tbsp prepared mustard
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4 lb chicken pieces

Recipe



Combine all marinade ingredients in a small saucepan. Heat and stir constantly, until butter melts.

Allow chicken to come to room temperature.

Cook the dark meat over medium low coals for about 15 minutes, turning once. Keep lid on grill.

Add white meat and continue cooking, turning every 15 to 20 minutes until done.

Baset with honey sauce during last 10 minutes of cooking.
