    Tangy Herbed Chicken

    List of Ingredients

    6 large chicken breasts
    2 tbsp butter, melted
    2 tbsp cider vinegar
    1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
    1 1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp celery seeds

    Recipe

    Rinse and dry chicken.

    Grease a large baking dish.

    Combine remaining ingredients and spread on bottom of dish.

    Place chicken pieces of chicken in dish.

    Cover with foil.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 350.

    Uncover and bake an additional 20 to 30 minutes, until browned.

    NOTES:
    Baking time may need to be adjusted according to the size of the chicken breasts.

    Original recipe calls for red wine vinegar in place of the cider vinegar, but due to family allergies, I cannot cook with wine. I think it would add more tang to the recipe.
