Strawberry Cheese Pie

Not really cheesecake, it's an unbaked substitute but a good quick dessert.





List of Ingredients





1 9-inch graham crust or baked pie shell
8 oz cream cheese, softened
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
1 quart fresh strawberries
strawberry glaze, fresh or packaged




Recipe




Beat the cream cheese until fluffy.
Add sweetened condensed milk slowly and beat until smooth.
Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
Pour into pie shell and chill for at least 3 hours.
Serve with fresh strawberries, in glaze, if desired.

Notes:
I usually use a graham cracker crust.
I often serve it with fresh sliced and lightly sweetened strawberries without glaze.
