Veal Scaloppine with Mushrooms and Ham

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 lb veal scaloppine, sliced very thin
clove of garlic, cut in hal
flour for dredging
1/4 c butter
cooked ham, cut into strips about 1/2 by 18 inch
3/4 lb mushrooms, thinly sliced
1/2 to 3/4 tsp salt, to taste
dash of pepper
1/2 c dry white wine
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
snipped parsley for garnishRecipe
Rub veal with cut garlic; dredge in flour, coating both sides of meat
Heat butter on high in a large skillet.
Add veal and saute until golden brown, about 1 minute on each side. You may need to do the meat a few pieces at a time.
remove from pan.
Put ham in skillet and stir; remove
Reduce heat, return veal to skillet and top with ham and mushrooms. Sprinkle on the salt and pepper, then add wine.
Cover and cook over very low heat until fork tender, or about 20 minutes. Do not overcook so check often.
If it becomes dry, add water a tablespoon at a time.
Before serving, sprinkle with lemon juice and garnish with parsley.
