This is yummy!!! Very, very easy to make and a good one to have when time is short but stomachs are growling.
    Don't plan on lefovers!!

    List of Ingredients

    16 oz smoked sausage
    15 oz can black beans
15 oz can great northern beans
15 oz can red kidney beans
14 1/2 oz can diced tomatoes
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 small onion, diced
14 1/2 oz can chicken broth
    1/2 tsp dried oregano
    1/2 tsp ground cumin
    1/2 tsp salt

    Recipe

Slice sausage in half lengthwise, then slice into thin slices.
    Dice onion.
    Mince garlic.
Combine all ingredients in a large pan, such as a Dutch oven.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
Makes 10 servings, 1 cup each.

    Notes:
Be sure to use smoked sausage, it adds so much flavor!
I use medium or large onions.
I stirred when it started to boil, then reduced heat and simmered.
    So simple and so good!
