    Beef Fajitas

    List of Ingredients

    Beef Fajitas

    1 1/2 lb skirt or flank steak
    1/2 c fresh lime juice
    3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 c olive oil
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    6 8-inch flour tortillas

    Recipe



    Mix together the lime juice, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper. Whisk or blend until well mixed.

    Trim fat and membrane from steak. Cut into strips 3 to 4 inches long. Marinate for 4 to 6 hours.

    Grill meat over hot charcoal or on indoor grill.

    Warm tortillas by wrapping in foil and heating in oven for 15 minutes at 350, or heat in microwave.

    Wrap grilled meat in warmed tortillas and top with desired condiments.

    Condiments:
    picante sauce or salsa
    sauteed onions
    sautted green pepper rings
    chopped tomatoes
    sour cream
    chopped lettuce
    shredded cheese
    guacamole
    avocado slices
