All In One Cake and Frosting

Seem like a lot of sugar in this recipe but it is interesting. Maybe someday when I need a sugar overload I'll try it...
List of Ingredients
Frosting-
6 oz cream cheese, softened
1 c butter, softened
1 tbsp vanilla
2 lb powdered sugar
2/3 c milk

Cake
4 large eggs, lightly beaten
2 1/2 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 c water at room temp
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour a bundt pan.
Frosting:
Beat cream cheese butter and vanilla in a large bowl.
Alternately add powdered sugar and milk, mixing well after each one is added.
Remove 2 1/2 c to be use later (store in a sealed bag or container)
Cake:
Add eggs to remaining frosting and beat on slow speed until blended.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Alternately add dry ingredients and water to frosting/egg mixture. Mix well.
Pour into prepared pan and bake for 65 to 75 minutes or until a toothpick tests clean.
Cool for 30 minutes then loosen sides from pan with a knife. Cool completely before removing from pan.
Frost.
