    Apple Cider Cheesecake

    21 oz can apple pie filling, divided

    2 graham cracker crusts

    2 pkg, 8 oz each, regular cream cheese, softened to room temperature

    1/2 c sour cream

    8 envelopes instant spiced cider beverage mix (not sure what this is)

    8 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed

    1/2 c granola, divided


    Recipe







    This makes 2 pies.

    Divide the pie filling equally between the 2 graham cracker crusts.

    Combine cream cheese, sour cream and cider mix in a large mixing bowl; beat until fluffy.

    Beat in whipped topping.

    Pour half of cream cheese mixture over each crust.

    Chill for 2 to 3 hours.

    sprinkled 1/4 c of granola on each pie before servings.

    Makes 16 servings.
