    Artichoke Cheese Dip

    1 c mayo
    14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
    1 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
    1 c bacon bits
    dash salt and pepper

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350.
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into 2 quart baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Serve hot, cold or at room temperature.
    Served with tortilla chips, crckers, pita wedges, French bread or bagel bits.
