    Phyllis says: this bread is great for sub type sandwiches. I've never tried using whole wheat or a whole wheat blend flour, but i imagine it would work fine. It would change the texture and density of the bread, but still taste good. take care...phyllis

    List of Ingredients






    AVANTI BREAD
    2 pkg. yeast
    3 c. warm water
    3 T. Oil
    3 eggs
    1 T. salt
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    10 c. flour

    Recipe




    Mix everything together and knead till smooth and elastic. Place in greased bowl and let rise till double. Punch down and knead more. Divide the dough into 5 loaves or whatever shapes you want. Let rise again. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
    ***This recipe makes a lot of bread...a half a recipe is plenty unless you need a lot or want to freeze it.
