BBQ Peaches

4 peaches
juice of 1 lemon
3 oz butter
1 c brown sugar
2 tbsp honey
3 oz Amaretto

Recipe



Heat grill.
Peel, core and cut peaches in halves.
Sprinkle with juice from lemon.
In a saute pan, add butter, brown sugar, honey and Amaretto.
heat 2 or 3 minutes utnil sauce starts to boil.
Remove from stove and baste peach halves.
Place peaches, cut side down, on grill over medium low heat.
cook for about 3 minutes, turn, then cook 2 more minutes.

4 servings.

Option:
fill grilled peaches with buttermilk blue cheese and let it melt. Enjoy!
