    2 cups sifted cake flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 cup butter
    1/4 teaspoon salt1 1/2 cups sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 teaspoon lemon extract
    2 egg, beaten
    1 cup mashed banana
    1/2 cup buttermilk



    Recipe





    Mix flour, soda, baking powder and salt.
    Cream butter and sugar. Beat in flavorings and egg; add bananas. Add flour alternately with buttermilk.
    Pour into prepared 9 inch pan.
    Bake at 350º about 30 minutes.

    Frost if desired.
