    I think this one would be yummy~ it's chocolate!

    List of Ingredients




    Best ever chocolate cake
    Makes 16 servings

    For the cake:
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 3/4 cups sugar
    1/2 cup cocoa
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon baking soda
    1 egg
    2/3 cup vegetable oil
    1 cup buttermilk
    1 cup boiling, strong coffee
    For the frosting:
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup butter or margarine
    1/4 cup evaporated milk
    1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
    7 large or 28 miniature marshmallows
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla

    Recipe





    Preheat to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9x13 baking pan.
    In a large bowl, sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, salt and baking soda.
    Add egg, oil and buttermilk; beat well.
    Add coffee and mix thoroughly.
    Spread batter in prepared pan.
    Bake 40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Remove from oven and allow cake to cool completely.

    Frosting: Combine sugar, butter and milk in a medium saucepan.
    Place over medium heat until mixture begins to boil, stirring frequently.
    Cook for one minute, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and add chocolate chips, marshmallows and vanilla.
    Beat until melted and smooth.
    Cool until slightly thickened then spread over cooled cake.
