    Blueberries for Yogurt

    1 heaping cup blueberries
    zest and juice from 1/2 lemon
    2 tbsp honey

    Greek yogurt

    Recipe



    Combine blueberries, lemon zest and juice and honey in a small saucepan.
    Over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, cover and cook until most of the berries have burst. (about 10 min)
    Allow to cool for 15 minutes at room temperature.
    Refrigerate until chilled (about 20 min)
    Add 1 to 2 heaping tbsp to a dish and top with yogurt
